We are currently seeking candidates for the Operations Manager position.
What We Do- Supports the General Manager by leading Team Members in day-to-day operations
- Oversees all aspects of business in theatres, games, concession, and bar
- Monitors, measures, and reports on operational issues and opportunities

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum of 2 years as a manager in the hospitality industry
- Ability to attract, develop and retain top hourly talent
- Proficient in addressing guest concerns
- High level of business acumen and common sense
- Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated computer knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, POS)
- The minimum age requirement for this role is 21
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to provide clear Guest service, follow safety procedures, and perform job responsibilities.
