Position Overview
Weaver is looking for a Private Client Services Tax Manager to join our growing firm. The role involves providing federal tax compliance and planning services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-held businesses. The Tax Manager will work closely with firm leadership, play a key role in business development, and mentor less-experienced team members. The ideal candidate is a CPA with at least 5 years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting at a public accounting firm.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA with 5+ years of federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting experience, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, private businesses, estates, trusts, and investment partnerships
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Technical knowledge to manage engagements across various industries
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills
- Strong relationship management and practice development abilities
- Capability to attract and expand client services
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated salary range is $125,000 to $191,000, depending on experience and location.
