Position Overview

Weaver seeks talented tax leaders at the Manager level to join our expanding team. Our clients span various industries, including private equity-backed firms, large corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. The role involves tax planning, compliance, entity structuring, wealth preservation, and family succession consulting. The Tax Manager collaborates closely with leadership, contributes to business development, and mentors junior staff. The ideal candidate is a CPA with over 5 years of experience in federal tax at a public accounting firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field;
  Master’s preferred
• CPA certification with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Technical expertise across various industries
• Proven leadership and mentorship skills
• Strong relationship management and business development capabilities

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary range is $125,000 to $191,000, depending on experience and location.
