Prosperity Bank is seeking a dedicated Banking Center Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Midland, TX. The Banking Center Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage branch staff. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships, achieving financial performance goals, managing branch resources, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The manager will also lead sales initiatives and support staff in delivering exceptional banking solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Customer Service, including building and maintaining client relationships to enhance the customer experience.
- Strong knowledge of Loans and Deposits processes, with the ability to guide customers through financial products and services.
- Understanding of Finance and banking operations, with the ability to monitor branch performance and ensure profitability.
- Leadership and team management skills to inspire and manage branch staff effectively.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a leadership role, is highly advantageous.
