West Texas (Midland/Odessa area).

• Commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential.
• Average income for qualifying financial professionals in 2024: $120,555.
• Eligible full-time professionals may qualify for medical, dental, life, disability, 401(k), and pension benefits.
• Pay range: $120,555 - $225,000 per year.

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' needs and goals.
• Conduct a thorough financial analysis and provide insights on investment management and cash flow.
• Advise clients on estate planning, tax strategies, and wealth management options.
• Utilize financial software to track and manage client portfolios effectively.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and market trends to provide informed advice.

• Experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field.
• Ability to build and maintain a strong client base through networking and relationship-building.
• Proven track record of providing customized financial solutions to meet diverse client needs.
• Strong understanding of retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and protection strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team environment in West Texas.
• Must live in the Midland/Odessa area.
