Phillips 66 is seeking a Gas Measurement Analyst in Oklahoma City to ensure accuracy of volumetric and compositional data for revenue allocation and management review. You will perform pre-close procedures, analyze discrepancies, and hand off data to accounting and commercial teams.
You will use FLOWCAL, TestIT, and Power BI to validate data, generate reports, and support regulatory compliance, including SOX and BLM requirements. Strong math and Excel skills are essential.
