As a premier provider of haircuts and birthday parties, Sharkey's Cuts for Kids brings fun, excitement and expertise to kid's haircuts. We strive to provide professional services in a fun and exciting environment by friendly and experienced staff members. Must have a natural smile and upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettably fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents. Oversee daily salon operations including hiring and training of staff.

• Ongoing hiring and training licensed stylists, as needed.
• Organizing employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality.
• Ensure all treatments meet high-quality standards.
• Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner.
• Oversee and maintain cleanliness of salon.
• Operating the Point-of-Sale software system.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced atmosphere.
• Ability to work with kids.
• Ability to work weekends.

• Three years of prior management experience preferred.
• Able to work weekends.
• Cosmetology license not required but is a benefit.
