Concho Hearts Hospice is growing, and we’re looking for a strong, compassionate leader to grow with us.

As an Executive Director / Marketing Leader, you will have the opportunity to build your own team and develop a hospice location that truly serves your community. This role blends leadership, relationship‑building, and a heart for people.

At Concho Hearts, we believe hospice care is more than a service; it’s a calling. Our team of nurses, aides, chaplains, social workers, volunteers, and physicians walks alongside patients and families during one of life’s most important journeys. We are locally owned and operated, and we take pride in providing compassionate care wherever patients call home.

• Build and strengthen referral partnerships throughout the community.
• Serve as the face of Concho Hearts Hospice in your service area.
• Visit providers, facilities, and community partners to share our mission and services.
• Lead educational in‑services and outreach events.
• Help families understand hospice care and what to expect.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth transitions from hospital or facility to home.
• Support the growth and success of your location through strong leadership and communication.

• Experience in hospice or home health marketing.

$80,000 - $85,000 per year.
