We are currently seeking experienced Companion/Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home.
A successful candidate will have the following:
- Ability to provide companion/personal and domestic care             - A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people  - Excellent written and verbal skills  - Able to work autonomously and as part of a team  - High level of time management and organisational ability    Essential Requirements:
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Care or studying towards Nursing  - Satisfactory Australian National Police check  - Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate  - Smart mobile phone  - Driver's licence and your own car  - Comprehensive car insurance  - Excellent communication skills including verbal and written  - Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team  - Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and find innovative solutions  - Understanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality    Job Type: Casual    Pay: $38.00 – $43.00 per hour    Perks:
- Travel reimbursement

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday  - Public holidays  - Weekend availability  - Preferably start at 7am
