Signet Health is currently recruiting for a Manager of Outpatient Services for a New, free-standing psychiatric hospital located at Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center in Midland, TX.

The Manager of Outpatient Services oversees daily operations, manages staff, budgets, and patient flow to ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant patient care. Job duties include administrative tasks such as scheduling and managing billing, as well as clinical responsibilities to include policy development, monitoring staff performance, and providing direct patient care as needed. This role combines strong leadership and management skills with clinical expertise to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Clinical Oversight: Supervise and manage clinical staff, including caseloads, to ensure high-quality, compliant treatment.
  • Program Management: Develop and implement operational and administrative policies, procedures, and objectives for outpatient behavioral health services.
  • Client Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose mental health disorders, and ensure clients receive appropriate and individualized treatment plans.
  • Staff Development: Provide feedback, training, and support to clinical staff.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, auditing functions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation: Ensure staff documentation meets the criteria for the appropriate level of care for clinical, funding, and billing purposes.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Master s degree in the human services field, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • LPC or LCSW in the state of Texas
  • 3-5 years of clinical and supervisory experience in behavioral health or related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
