Our services include 24/7 trained first responders, confined space rescue teams, H2S equipment, and general safety training to ensure workplace safety. We help clients comply with company, local, and national safety standards while enhancing worker safety and operational efficiency.

Our goal is to mitigate risk, minimize incidents, and improve safety for the workforce and local communities during high-demand oilfield operations.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Instructor, based in Midland, TX. The Instructor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive safety training programs, including MFA/CPR, H2S and Equipment training, for oil and gas industry professionals. The role includes developing and delivering curriculum, ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards, and fostering a culture of safety. The HSE Instructor will also communicate safety protocols effectively and provide necessary certifications after training completion, ensuring participants gain the skills to maintain a safe working environment.

• Expertise in Health & Safety standards and practices
• Current instructor certifications in MFA/CPR and PEC course.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective training delivery
• Proven experience in conducting training and safety training sessions
• Familiarity with oil and gas industry safety requirements and best practices
• Proficiency in using training tools and resources effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred
