Description:

Flexible start dates considered.
Will consider a minimum of 13 weeks.
The RN will rotate through triage, antepartum, labor, circulating, and transition roles.
No postpartum responsibilities included.

Experience with high-risk antepartum and telemetry interpretation is preferred.
Familiarity with external and internal fetal monitoring is required.
Competence in administering blood and blood products is necessary.
Must be able to draw venous blood and start and maintain IVs.

Experience with insulin drips and other medications, such as antihypertensives, magnesium sulfate therapy, and Pitocin, is essential.
Responsibilities include assisting with high-risk delivery and vaginal delivery.
The role involves circulating for C-sections and recovery post-C-section.
Nurses will perform sterile exams, assess fetal heart rate patterns, and conduct APGAR assessments.
Knowledge of breastfeeding support and lactation is beneficial.
Nursing care for neonates, infants, and adults is expected.
Daily census fluctuates, with approximately 20 visits per day.
Must adhere to isolation precautions and PPE guidelines.
A commitment to patient safety and quality care is essential.
