Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Health Technician located in Midland, TX. The Behavioral Health Technician will assist in providing behavioral health support to clients, implementing behavioral interventions, and working with individuals to promote positive lifestyle changes. Day-to-day tasks include observing and analyzing behavior, assisting with treatment plans, providing ongoing support, and maintaining accurate documentation of client progress.
Collaboration with mental health professionals to ensure quality care is a key part of this role.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to work PRN hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to observe and analyze client behavior effectively
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a commitment to providing high-quality care
- High school dipolma or GED
- Experience in behavioral health or mental health services is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
