Location:
Midland, TX (79707) Position Type: PRN (As needed)
Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver looking to make a real difference in someone’s life? Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW) is seeking dedicated Personal Care Attendants to support individuals with disabilities in the West Odessa area.

You’ll provide essential support with daily living activities, including:
- Bathing, shaving, and oral care
- Routine hair and skin maintenance
- Dressing and toileting
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Shopping and errands
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transfers and mobility assistance
- Encouraging exercise and wellness
- Must be 18 years or older
- CPR certification required
- At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Experience or training in providing personal care
- Must meet background requirements per state regulations
