• Collaborating with patients, physicians, employers, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Providing occupational medicine services such as DOT physicals, audiometric testing, pulmonary testing, and fitness-for-duty assessments.
• Educating patients on injury prevention, workplace ergonomics, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Accurately documenting patient care using EMR systems and AI-powered documentation tools.
• Managing a caseload averaging around 50 visits per week while fostering a culture of clinical learning and collaboration.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current or eligible Texas Physical Therapist license.
