• Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile.
• Use guests’ names whenever possible to welcome them.
• Work with team to achieve high guest satisfaction scores.
• Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities.
• Be aware of and support hotel events and groups.
• Understand relevant technology for the role.
• Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting.
• Keep all front and back of house work spaces clean and well‑organized.
• Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed.
• Greet guests with a smile while cleaning.
• Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time.
• Provide accurate shift‑handover reports.
• Wear a clean, approved uniform, be well‑groomed, wear a nametag and smile at all times.
• Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members.
• Adopt a can‑do attitude and support the needs of the business and guests.
• Collaborate to create a welcoming environment for guests and a positive workplace.
• Pre‑clean, stock room supplies and tools, attend morning stand‑up meetings, and assist with linen.
• Thoroughly clean and restock the assigned guest rooms per shift.
• Assist with additional cleaning projects in storage, public spaces and as directed.

• Experience in hospitality, service, customer‑facing franchise or related field preferred.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work well under stress and in high‑pressure situations.
• Effective listening, conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Desire to serve all guests.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Adhere to clock‑in/out times and do not work off‑clock.
• Clock in/out for breaks at scheduled times.
• Provide notice for call‑outs as directed.

Regularly required to stoop, climb ladders or stairs, balance, kneel, crawl, stand, walk, perform repetitive motions and lift housekeeping items such as linens, trash or vacuums.
