Front of House Manager

Cork & Pig Tavern, a distinguished culinary establishment featuring a sophisticated menu of expertly crafted meals and an inspired beverage selection, is looking for an experienced Front Of House Manager. As a thriving hotspot in the local dining scene, we require a dynamic individual who can upscale our customer service and maintain the highest standards of restaurant management. The ideal candidate will enrich our welcoming atmosphere and ensure that each guest's dining experience is exceptional.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage front of house staff to maintain high levels of customer service and efficiency.
• Oversee all front of house operations including reservations, guest services, and dining room management.
• Train staff on Cork & Pig Tavern standards of service, ensuring that all procedures are carried out to exceed guest expectations.
• Manage employee schedules, performance issues, and front of house labor costs.
• Coordinate with the Back Of House Manager to ensure seamless service and quality control.
• Resolve customer issues with diplomacy and tact, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations concerning health, safety, and labor requirements.
• Implement and monitor the effectiveness of marketing and promotional strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
