Human Resources Bilingual Odessa Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 23.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday)
Assisting with HR duties such as payroll, scheduling interviews, data entry, assisting with onboarding, drug screens, and phone calls. The schedule is as follows:
- Monday: 5:30 AM start (payroll is due at 8:00 AM, so an early start will be required for approval)
- Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Saturdays:

Human Resources Bilingual Odessa
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, employee relations, or administrative support is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills are required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is a plus.
- Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings and background checks
- Bilingual
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
