SAP PM

We are seeking a technically strong SAP PM Consultant to support Run & Maintenance operations. The role requires deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance, LDAR workflows, Instrument Safety tasks, Checklist-based execution, and ACD (Add/Change/Delete) management. The consultant will work closely with field teams, planners, and IT to ensure system reliability and data integrity. This range is provided by Ztek Consulting. • Configure and maintain SAP PM master data:
  Equipment, Functional Locations, Work Centers, and Task Lists for Run & Maintenance ACD. Timely deliverable within SLA Due date.
• Develop and manage Maintenance Plans (Time-based, Performance-based, Condition-based) for field assets.
• Coordinate with internal team on PM activities and cross functional support with other disciplines.
• Implement LDAR workflows including tagging, inspection scheduling, leak documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Configure Instrument Safety Tasks including calibration, proof testing, and SIL verification in SAP PM.
• Design and deploy SAP-based Checklists for field execution, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Good knowledge on MS Office, SAP S4 Hana and other Major system of records.
• Manage Work Order lifecycle: creation, release, scheduling, execution, and technical completion.
• Integrate SAP PM IABU with MM for spare parts planning, BOM management, and material reservations.
• Support Notification processes (breakdown, inspection, maintenance) with custom status profiles and partner functions.
• Develop and maintain Maintenance Task Lists (General, Equipment-specific, Functional Location-specific).
• Perform mass data updates using LSMW, BAPI, or custom programs for PM objects.
• Configure Measurement Points and Counters for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
• Monitor background jobs for maintenance scheduling, plan execution, and measurement document posting.
• Support integration with external systems (e.g., LDAR software, SCADA, GIS) for data exchange and automation.
• Conduct root cause analysis using SAP PM history, failure codes, and maintenance analytics.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and customizations.
• Support SAP Fiori apps for PM (e.g., Manage Work Orders, Create Notification, Perform Maintenance Tasks).
• Manage ACD (Asset Condition Data) lifecycle including creation, validation, and updates for field assets.
• Ensure ACD data is correctly linked to Equipment and Functional Locations and supports condition-based maintenance logic.

• Engineering Degree or equivalent with 10+ Years Experience.
