Operations Engineering Analyst - Midland, TX

The Operations Engineering Analyst supports Permian Production Operations by turning complex data into clear insights that improve safety, reliability, and performance. The role develops and maintains dashboards, visualizations, and analytics tools that help leaders make informed decisions. Basic/

Required:

* Legally authorized to work in the United States
* Experience transforming complex data into actionable insights
* Experience working with large datasets or operational data systems used to support daily operations

Preferred:
* Bachelor’s degree in Data/Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar technical field
* Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels
* Exposure to SQL, Python, or similar languages

Support rollout processes for tools and dashboards, including education and support of end users

Intermediate proficiency with a data visualization platform (such as Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Clear communication skills for both technical and nontechnical audiences

Experience improving data workflows or supporting data driven initiatives
