Internal IFS Expert

Our client is seeking an experienced IFS professional to support a large-scale enterprise IFS ERP transformation programme. This role will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with operational and strategic business objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for IFS customisations and integrations
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and integration mapping documentation
• Configure and test IFS modules across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, and Sales
• Develop dashboards, reports, and lobbies using IFS reporting tools
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Deliver end‑user training, system documentation, and ongoing support
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend IFS‑driven solutions
• Coordinate testing cycles including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT
• Troubleshoot issues relating to IFS configuration, APIs, integrations, and custom developments
• Ensure integrations and system processes meet security, governance, and performance standards

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with IFS ERP systems
• Strong experience with IFS Cloud preferred
• Solid understanding of multiple IFS modules and associated business processes
• Experience with reporting tools, Power BI, and data analysis
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline preferred
• IFS certifications or formal training advantageous
• Must be authorised to work in the United States
