Position SummaryOur client is seeking an experienced IFS professional to support a large-scale enterprise IFS ERP transformation programme. This role will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with operational and strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for IFS customisations and integrations
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and integration mapping documentation
- Configure and test IFS modules across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, and Sales
- Develop dashboards, reports, and lobbies using IFS reporting tools
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Deliver end‑user training, system documentation, and ongoing support
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend IFS‑driven solutions
- Coordinate testing cycles including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT
- Troubleshoot issues relating to IFS configuration, APIs, integrations, and custom developments
- Ensure integrations and system processes meet security, governance, and performance standards
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with IFS ERP systems
- Strong experience with IFS Cloud preferred
- Solid understanding of multiple IFS modules and associated business processes
- Experience with reporting tools, Power BI, and data analysis
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline preferred
- IFS certifications or formal training advantageous
- Must be authorised to work in the United States
