MES Tulip Developer

Onsite role in Midland, TX
3+ months contract, high possibility of extensions/ conversion to perm, based on performance
Pay Range: $50.00 - $70.00/ hr W2/ C2C/ 1099 (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MES Tulip Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of Tulip-based manufacturing applications. The developer will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to build shop-floor workflows, dashboards, and integrations that improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and deploy applications within the Tulip MES platform
• Build workflows, forms, dashboards, and automated triggers
• Integrate Tulip with machines, PLCs, sensors, barcode/RFID systems, and ERP
• Support shop-floor requirements and troubleshoot real-time issues
• Perform testing, documentation, and user training
• Collaborate with manufacturing and IT teams to optimize processes

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Tulip MES, 3+ years preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and shop-floor processes
• Experience with MES/IIoT integrations
• Basic scripting (JavaScript/Node.js) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
