Senior GIS Analyst

Responsible for spatial data creation and management, data visualization, spatial analysis, FME build and design, and systems administration for oil and gas projects.

• Design and process queries to extract, manipulate and analyze data.
• Assist with special projects involving thematic map creation, data conversion, and quality control.
• Design and implement automated ETL processes using FME, Python (Arc Py), SQL, and Snowflake.
• Integrate geospatial and operational data across multiple areas.
• Manage content stored in ArcSDE geodatabases and SQL Server.
• Program web-based applications within ArcGIS Enterprise such as dashboards and Experience Builder.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate GIS data with other systems (e.g. FME, ArcGIS Online, Experience Builder).
• Assist with training junior GIS staff and end‑users on GIS tools and best practices.

• Bachelor's Degree in GIS or related field.
• At least seven (7) years of FME work experience in Oil and Gas.
• At least seven (7) years of GIS work experience using ArcGIS and related tools and extensions, including ArcGIS Pro.
• At least six (6) years of experience in Oil and Gas.

• Master's Degree in GIS or related field.
• Experience with surface infrastructure, features, and attributes.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise and Esri‑related mobile applications.
• Programming and scripting skills.
• Advanced understanding of key concepts in FME and scripting for workflow processes.
• Proven high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of problem solving and creative thinking.
• Ability to suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
