The Technology Solutions Architect will primarily meet with new customers, assess potential clients’ networks, and propose a technology roadmap and plan to earn their business.

• Prospecting – Identify target client profile and establish appointments with C‑level contacts.
• Qualifying – Conduct initial meeting, determine fit with target profile, set expectations and understand objectives.
• Assessments – Deploy probing and monitoring tools, gather information, research IT expenses, collect checklist data.
• Technology Roadmap/Proposal – Devise a plan aligning solutions and budget; create proposal, schedule review appointments, and deliver closing objectives.
• Tenacity – Continuously advance the assessment/proposal process across multiple clients weekly.
• Confidence/Relational – Confidently recommend solutions, articulate necessity to clients, and demonstrate strong personal skills for a sales role.

• Understand common SMB business/technology needs.
• Strong presentation skills to sell value.
• Use consultative sales approach and close deals.
• Minimum of 3 years IT sales experience.

• Associate or Technical Degree.
• Bachelor’s in Business, MIS, or equivalent preferred.

• Occasional standing, stooping, bending, kneeling.
• Visual acuity to read printed and electronic documents.
• Clear verbal communication skills.
• Regularly understand speech of others.
• Occasional lifting of 10‑30 pounds.
• Ability to travel to client sites.
