Addison Group is seeking a Field IT Support Specialist for a 6 month contract to hire. The role is 5 days onsite in Midland/Odessa, TX, supporting end users across locations with desktop hardware and software.
He/She will provide help desk assistance via in-person, phone, email, and remote tools, handling installation, troubleshooting, and documentation. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in IT desktop support, solid Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to travel occasionally.
