Computer Transition Services, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide hardware and software support to clients, onsite and remotely. The role requires 2–4 years of triage/help desk experience and strong customer service skills.
You will work bi-weekly rotation, travel to client sites, and participate in training at HQ during the first 90 days. You’ll maintain records, use Connect Wise, and collaborate with teams while upholding professional standards.
