We are seeking a motivated
Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician
to join a growing IT team in Midland, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of information technology.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. This role offers exposure to a variety of IT responsibilities and the opportunity to develop alongside an expanding organization.

• Provide Tier I/II help desk and desktop support for end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory user administration.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and equipment setup.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware.
• Document support requests and resolutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a busy user community.
• Assist with additional IT projects as needed.
• Occasional local travel may be required.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation in the future as the team grows.

• Previous help desk or desktop support experience, or a recent IT graduate with relevant internship experience.
• Working knowledge of:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Active Directory
  • Windows desktop operating systems
  • Basic hardware and software troubleshooting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative IT team.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience supporting a small to mid‑sized organization is preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a strong plus.
