As we continue to expand our global footprint, we're seeking a Technical Services Specialist to play a pivotal role in deploying next-generation technologies and supporting mission-critical installations.
This position will be located in our Midland, TX office. This is not a remote position. As a Technical Services Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our service delivery engine ensuring every deployment meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Requirements- High school diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree in electronics, engineering technology, networking, or systems engineering preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in field technician or technical support roles
- Prior technical experience in networking, telecommunications, and wireless solutions
- Certifications or training in Cisco, Network+, or similar technologies
- Advanced knowledge of network components (switches, routers, firewalls) and RF technologies (VSAT, LTE, wireless radios, Wi‑Fi)
- Proficient understanding of data and signal flow through networks, including the OSI Model
- Skilled in using telnet, RDP, trace route, ping, and other troubleshooting tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
- Ability to pass background check and a pre‑start drug & alcohol screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and carry/push/pull moderate loads as needed.
- Full‑time role with typical hours from 8am to 5pm
- Occasional on‑call work may include nights and weekends
