- Follow material management processes and suggest improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance material tracking.
- Coordinate workflows, support team members, and validate documentation for material movements.
- Execute investment recovery processes, including identifying, tracking, and completing material sales.
- Support logistics by assisting with receiving, storing, and staging materials.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure adequate logistics and labor resources.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as spreadsheets, logs, and reports.
- Support multiple storage locations and cross‑train across yard and warehouse activities.
- Inventory & Tracking:
Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking movements and updating SAP records. - Perform physical counts and reconcile discrepancies across multiple locations.
- Track and reconcile inventory at third‑party yards using SAP/S4 systems.
- Coordinate inventory transfers and ensure accurate system updates.
- Monitor inventory levels, material usage, and cost analysis.
- Plan and execute annual physical inventory counts.
- Ensure adherence to supply chain procedures and SOPs.
- Cost & Operational Support:
Monitor and improve cost transparency (labor, trucking, rentals, equipment). - Collaborate with teams to optimize inventory levels and material usage.
- Support logistics and labor coordination aligned with operational demand.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Share KPIs and identify partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering teams.
- Safety:
Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) guidelines. - Participate in safety meetings and initiatives.
- Support site safety goals and supervise activities.
- Experience with OCTG and production equipment.
- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail with focus on accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to take ownership and collaborate effectively.
