• Follow material management processes and suggest improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance material tracking.
• Coordinate workflows, support team members, and validate documentation for material movements.
• Execute investment recovery processes, including identifying, tracking, and completing material sales.
• Support logistics by assisting with receiving, storing, and staging materials.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure adequate logistics and labor resources.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as spreadsheets, logs, and reports.
• Support multiple storage locations and cross‑train across yard and warehouse activities.
• Inventory & Tracking:
  Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking movements and updating SAP records.
• Perform physical counts and reconcile discrepancies across multiple locations.
• Track and reconcile inventory at third‑party yards using SAP/S4 systems.
• Coordinate inventory transfers and ensure accurate system updates.
• Monitor inventory levels, material usage, and cost analysis.
• Plan and execute annual physical inventory counts.
• Ensure adherence to supply chain procedures and SOPs.
• Cost & Operational Support:
  Monitor and improve cost transparency (labor, trucking, rentals, equipment).
• Collaborate with teams to optimize inventory levels and material usage.
• Support logistics and labor coordination aligned with operational demand.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Share KPIs and identify partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Safety:
  Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) guidelines.
• Participate in safety meetings and initiatives.
• Support site safety goals and supervise activities.

• Experience with OCTG and production equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail with focus on accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to take ownership and collaborate effectively.
