Job Description
Essential Functions
• Manage and lead team of supervisors, coordinators and technicians to support operations and achieve business goals and objectives.
• Develop monthly reports showing internal inspection and audit performance.
• Work with Supply Chain and Operations to develop KPI's and operating rhythm with team and report out to leadership on KPI's weekly metrics to include NPT summary, Iron Inventory, Iron Utilization and project status as well as action plans to reduce NPT.
• Develop, implement and maintain an iron strategy for inventory and vendorselection for Nex Tier in conjunction with Maintenance and Leadership team.
• Work with Supply Chain team to maximize inventory efficiency to ensure downtime is minimized when equipment failures occur.
• Conduct meetings regularly with leadership team to help consistency in teamwork.
• Delegate where strategic inventory is to be held at each district and our central distribution warehouse location to compensate for vendor lead times, equipment failures, etc. to reduce equipment related NPT.
• Lead root cause analysis with vendors for iron related failures to determine root causes and produce recommendations for improvement in process or equipment selection to reduce future occurrences.
• Maintain and improve iron recertification process and standard in conjunction with leadership team to improve overall cost efficiency and minimize NPT.
Knowledge/Skill/Ability
• Strong knowledge of FRAC flow iron including seals, mechanical rebuild process, and primary components, such as swivels, plug valves, check valves, wing to thread and other connections.
• Strong familiarity with FMC and Forum flow iron and SPM Safety Iron (preferred).
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of HSE.
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint (preferred).
• Understanding of basic materials management principles such as minimum stock quantities, order quantities, etc. (preferred).
• SAP or similar ERP system experience (preferred).
• Highly self-motivated and ability to work independently.
• Provides individuals with timely information so they can make accurate decisions.
• Engages with internal and external customers on a daily basis, delivering safe and efficient operations, tailored solutions, and maximizing delivery of value for both the company and its customers.
• Upholds the highest levels of personal accountability, integrity, and responsibility in every aspect of the day-to-day job.
• Able to solve problems using logic, judgement and data to determine effective solutions.
• Provides advice and support and fosters the progress/development or training of a less experienced colleague.
Minimum Required
Education:
HS Diploma & 7-10 Years of Experience.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
