GEODynamics in Midland, TX is looking for qualified candidates for Warehouse Compliance Coordinator
.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation in accordance with ATF, DOT, OSHA federal regulations and company regulatory documentation per company policies.
- Monitor inventory transactions to ensure complete traceability, accuracy, within ERP and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the order management process from order receipt through shipment, ensuring accuracy, complete documentation, and on-time delivery.
- Review and validate customer orders, shipping paperwork, and inventory records to ensure compliance and operational accuracy.
- Ensure all shipping and receiving activities are executed in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Track and resolve inventory variances, documentation errors, and compliance issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory reporting.
- Support month-end inventory reconciliation, invoicing support, and documentation requirements.
- Assist with creation and maintenance of standardized procedures that support regulatory compliance and inventory accountability.
- Proactively communicate order status, shipment updates, and documentation requirements to internal stakeholders and customers as needed.
- HS Diploma or equivalency.
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory management and/or warehouse logistics environment.
- Basic to Intermediate Computer skills (MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiar with ERP management
- Ability to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
- Strong organizational & time management skills.
- Ability to safely perform related physical demands of the role
- Bending, lifting, stooping, and standing greater than 50% of the time
- Repetitive motion demands hands/wrist/shoulder.
- Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds (over 50 pounds requires a team lift).
- Occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals, fumes, and gases
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
