Maintenance​/Engineer Fairfield - Midland

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Ensure guest safety and comfort, maintaining a safe environment for all associates
• Be a great team player and assist other departments as needed
• Maintain records and logs (experience with Quore is a plus)
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and crises during your shift
• Keep mechanical areas safe, orderly, and clean; maintain legible records
• Perform pool cleaning and maintenance
• Previous hotel or apartment maintenance experience is advantageous
• Provide shuttle service to guests when required
• Complete special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or related fields
• Knowledge of wall painting and drywall repair
• Basic electrical repair and fixture installation skills
• Familiarity with AC, HVAC, and PTAC systems
• Understanding of outdoor pool functions and maintenance
• Experience with maintenance tools and equipment
• Groundskeeping experience is a plus
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
• Attention to deadlines and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with PC and tablet devices
• Availability to be on-call after hours as needed
• Experience with Quore Maintenance System is a plus
