This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance and Custodial Worker at First Methodist Midland, located in Midland, TX. The Maintenance Worker will perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks across the facility, including repairing equipment, utilizing power tools, basic painting, basic plumbing needs, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently. This role also involves identifying and addressing maintenance issues promptly to maintain a safe and functional environment.

This role also involves custodial tasks such as cleaning in all areas of a large church campus.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
• Experience with Power Tools and general Carpentry work
• Basic skills in painting
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred
• English as Primary Language
