Partner with the best
As an AMO Technician you will work in our Midland, TX workshop overseeing the delivery of solutions to our Permian Basin customer base. You will take responsibility for Electromechanical maintenance ensuring quality and safety throughout the process. You will contribute to the success of a larger team that plays an integral part in our business.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and perform inspections of electromechanical assemblies.
- Assist in reworking, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipment.
- Perform complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction and documentation.
- Identify and communicate technical problems by using logical troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence.
- Compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.

Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ year of electrical or electronics experience or experience in a related field.
- Able to follow wiring diagram and solder wires to assemble.
- Experience using multi-meters, meg-ohm meters, hi-pot testers, and other basic instruments.
- Hands‑on experience with installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing electromechanical parts.
- Ability to obtain a passport within 90 days and have flexibility to travel internationally and domestically 5% of the time.
- Ability to work on‑call and weekends.
- Oilfield experience.
- Computer experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – Preferred.
- SAP experience.
- Performing functional testing on assemblies.
