Pumps Service Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pumps Service Manager role based in Midland, TX. The Pumps Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the pumps service team, including team coordination, service scheduling, and ensuring timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing pump systems, providing detailed technical support, maintaining service quality, managing customer relationships, and supervising a skilled team to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in pump systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Experience in team leadership, coordination, and effective communication
• Knowledge of SCADA systems, automation, and modern control technologies
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and foster client relationships
• Proficiency in organizational and project management skills
• A relevant technical certification or degree is preferred but not mandatory
• Practical experience in the energy sector is an advantage
