Hutchinson Public Schools is seeking a creative and innovative Interim Activities Director for grades 6-12 beginning March 2, 2026 through June 30, 2026. The Interim Activities Director strategically leads, proactively plans, and skillfully coordinates the operation of extracurricular programs, athletics, activities, and all related facility operations for grades 6-12.

• Provide supervision, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Hutchinson Activities Department, Grades 6-12.
• Provide strategic leadership consistent with Hutchinson Public Schools mission, core values, goals and objectives.
• Provide consistent enforcement of Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) and District policies.

• Minnesota administrative licensure preferred. Master's degree in Educational Leadership or Certified Athletic Administrator license preferred.

• Five years teaching experience preferred. Head coaching or advising experience preferred.

• Sick leave and a retirement plan with employer contributions.

• Up to $ per year and will be prorated on a daily basis based on the number of days worked. Salary is dependent upon education. This position will work up to 64 days.

Hutchinson High School is a state-of-the-art, comprehensive high school serving students in grades 9-12 with an enrollment of approximately 900 students. Our facility was completely renovated in 2018 and is a member of the Wright County Conference - East Division along with Delano, Holy Family, Jordan, Westonka, and Southwest Christian high schools.
