Our dealership, L0011 All American Chevrolet of Midland, is owned by Lithia Motors, Inc., one of the largest providers of personal transportation solutions in the United States.

As the General Manager you will oversee all store activities to ensure performance expectations and customer service levels are met. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day decision making, recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff, and ensuring the store reacts quickly to the market and customers.

• Implement processes to achieve store profitability goals.
• Develop store sales goals and business plans. Improve gross profit and processes.
• Develop and implement local marketing activities.
• Continually engage and communicate with customers.
• Manage web portal and online presence.
• Oversee activities of all dealership departments.

• General Motors brand experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Solid working knowledge of computers and systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Successful background in financial/budgeting role.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
