Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations First Line Supervisor to lead field operations and ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance across assigned operational units. This role is responsible for supervising personnel and contractors while maintaining high standards in safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure all personnel adhere to safety, security, health, and environmental (SSHE) requirements
Supervise and coordinate contractor activities, ensuring alignment with company standards and contractual obligations
Maintain compliance with internal management systems such as:
- Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS)
- Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS)
- Global Product Quality & Integrity Systems (GPQMS / GPIMS)
Ensure compliance with all corporate, regulatory, and local requirements
Drive operational reliability, efficiency, and profitability
Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
Plan and coordinate field operations, manpower, and logistics
Optimize performance of plant/field assets
Lead emergency response planning and execution
Ensure customer needs and expectations are met
Support labor relations and community engagement where applicable
Oversee Turnaround (TA) and/or Start-Up teams as needed
Act as a key interface for contractual and operational compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent professional experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or operations discipline
Strong knowledge of design standards, specifications, and safety requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in English (written and verbal), particularly for technical communication
