About the Role

Field Frac Supervisor (Wellhead) – Midland, Texas

• Creates and manages field service infrastructure; establishes and maintains the training readiness of the organization.
• Directs, motivates and develops the team. Supports the culture and values of the organization. Facilitates smooth workflow; ensures high standards and quality of technical work.
• Drives the development of work plans, schedules and evaluation criteria for field service activities, projects and personnel.

• Ability to operate a company owned vehicle.
• Have a clean driving record, which generally means no more than (2) moving violations within the last 12 months and no more than three (3) moving violations in the past three years.

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic fracking operations, including expertise in stack and zipper procedures, and comprehensive experience in overall fracking field operations.
• Experience managing a team of employees in a field-based role including managing time sheets, scheduling employees and job workload.
• Knowledge of EHS performance and DOT regulations.

• Schedule:
  
  21 days on and 7 days off on rotation (weekends are included).
• Employees may be eligible for Extra Shift Premium for hours worked outside of their regular schedule in accordance with the company policy.
• Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate.
• This role does not offer sponsorship.
• This position requires working onsite five days a week.
