- Pay Rate: $35.00–$37.00 / Hour (USD)

Job Summary
As a Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all facility operations for client sites
- Manage HSE, fire, and life safety programs
- Maintain complete oversight over all facility operations
- Manage vendor contracts
- Conduct occasional travel — up to 290 miles round trip to furthest site (mileage reimbursed)
Required Skills
- Leadership qualities
- Some Facility Management background
- Knowledge and skills related to standard MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) with some knowledge of Fire Safety
- Some experience managing direct reports
- Basic computer skills
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
Education Requirements
- Relevant experience is more important than formal education credentials
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Client-facing role
- Occasional travel required — up to 290 miles round trip to furthest site; mileage reimbursed
- May be required to be available after regular business hours
- Overtime may be required
