Facilities Manager

Our client, a leader in property and facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be part of the Property & Facilities Management department supporting client-facing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, possess a solid background in facility management, and have effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Midland, TX

Pay Range: $37/hr

What's the Job?

• Manage and oversee building operations and maintenance for multiple sites
• Lead a team of engineers, mobile technicians, and facility staff to ensure smooth facility operations
• Coordinate vendor contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and light safety standards
• Support facility operations, including safety protocols and emergency procedures

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in facility management or related fields
• Strong leadership qualities and experience managing direct reports
• Basic knowledge of MEP systems and fire safety procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer software and facility management tools
