WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:The Vice President is a key leader responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, and growth of an assigned business unit. Working closely with executive leadership, this role drives business success, supports exceptional client service, develops future leaders, and fosters strong relationships with public and private sector clients throughout the region.
Once selected to join our team, you will:
- Lead the overall performance, growth, and profitability of the assigned business unit.
- Implement budgets, policies, strategies, and goals that support organizational excellence.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and cost management.
- Ensure effective allocation of staff and resources to support business objectives and client commitments.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, community stakeholders, public agencies, and industry partners.
- Ensure exceptional client service and successful delivery of infrastructure, and public improvement projects.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and other business units to support strategic initiatives and company growth.
- Identify market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives that support growth across public and private sectors.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Directors, managers, and technical professionals within the business unit.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to large healthcare and higher education clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges and tailoring project management and advisory approaches to meet these specific requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with clients providing strategic consulting and advisory services, offering insights and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle to optimize project outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client objectives.
- Foster long‑term client relationships to ensure continued work and business development opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
