Executive Director

The West Texas Symphony is looking for an Executive Director to lead its organization and enhance its community impact. This full-time position requires a dynamic leader who can work with musicians, volunteers, and the Board of Directors to promote artistic excellence and secure the Symphony's financial future. The Executive Director will oversee strategic vision, fundraising, financial management, community engagement, and marketing efforts.

The role also involves supporting music education initiatives and collaborating with the Music Director and other artistic leaders.

Candidates should have a strong background in nonprofit or arts leadership, proven success in fundraising and donor engagement, and excellent communication skills. Experience in managing orchestras or cultural organizations is preferred. The position is based in Midland, Texas, and offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
