Job Title: CNC Machinist
Location: Midland, TX

We are currently hiring MULTIPLE experienced CNC Machinists for a well-established industrial manufacturing and machine shop operation in the Midland area. • Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other machining equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Machine parts to precise tolerances and quality standards
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine adjustments
• Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring tools
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines

• Full-time position

• Oilfield or machine shop experience is a plus
