Plant Operators - Midland Basin - 7/7 - $10,000 Signing Bonus - Midland, TX
Enterprise Products is seeking Plant Operators for their Midland Basin operations. These professionals will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of natural gas amine treating plants, compressors, and pipeline systems. The role offers a dynamic environment with a 7/7 rotating shift and a generous sign-on bonus. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and ready to work in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings.

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and manually transport up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at various heights
- May be required to participate in the Respiratory Protection Program
- Ability to work in temperature extremes and around industrial equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Technical certification or equivalent training in a mechanical environment or energy-related field
