Associate Director, Rotor Core Value Stream - SIOP; Onsite

What You Will Do

The Rotor Core Value Stream (RCVS) Materials organization drives our materials and logistics transformation. As Associate Director, Rotor Core Value Stream - SIOP, you will execute materials transformation initiatives and drive a strategic materials management architecture. You will improve the utilization of production planning software to develop planning scenarios in Kinaxis Maestro for 3–36 month supply profiles, and you will lead demand, supply, and executive SIOP reviews.

You will work directly with RCVS administration, materials, operations, 3PL groups, and internal manufacturing teams to redefine processes, implement change management, and deliver on customer expectations. You will establish and execute standards for performance, implement Lean manufacturing measures, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth production flow.

• Execute materials transformation initiatives and strategize goals with business units and departments.
• Develop and maintain Kinaxis Maestro planning scenarios for 3–36 month supply profiles.
• Own the RCVS SIOP Business Process, including monthly Demand, Supply, and Executive SIOP reviews.
• Implement change management and lead the RCVS Materials Team toward customer demand satisfaction.
• Establish performance standards, provide feedback, and implement Lean manufacturing measures.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and management to support smooth production flow.
• Design system architecture considering customer requirements, resource availability, and other priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, business or related discipline and a minimum of 12 years of experience in a manufacturing operations environment.
• Or a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, materials management, continuous improvement, or a similar environment.
• Prior experience in information technology, digital policy management, digital governance, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Prior leadership experience.

• Preferable:
  Aerospace industry experience.
• Experience utilizing SAP and Kinaxis Maestro.
• Advanced knowledge of materials management strategies, Lean manufacturing system design, and shop floor management.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement principles such as Lean manufacturing, CORE, QCPC.
• CPIM certification or willingness to earn.

The salary range for this role is $157,200–$298,800 USD.
