Productive Maintenance; TPM Manager; Onsite

What You Will Do:

• Manage a TPM team of skilled traders and follow the MCoE TPM engagement standard work.
• Supervise a team that identifies, categorizes, and reviews equipment; schedule and maintain cleaning schedules.
• Implement TPM/CORE standards and baseline the current state of equipment.
• Lead implementation of the TPM Process and ensure standard work deliverables with a future‑state analysis.
• Guide the team in best‑practice sharing and standardization of 6S and TPM projects.
• Create and communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on new CORE processes and ensure training for personnel.
• Document benefits realized and lessons learned (uptime, OEE, on‑time delivery, yield improvements, ECT).
• Complete and maintain the TPM Engagement Charter.
• Support other reliability engineering projects with functional specification development and resource coordination to meet schedule and cost needs.
• Ensure appropriate CORE tools are utilized (RCCA, Autonomous Maintenance, and PM optimization).
• Produce and drive technical writing processes to support data collection and justify team achievements with forecasting and planning.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, machine maintenance or related environment.
• OR a Master’s degree and 7 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, machine maintenance or related environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Proficiency with Lean tools and processes.

• Prior experience in a team lead/supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience in a deadline‑driven environment with competing priorities.
• Record of overcoming obstacles with limited resources in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
