What You Will Do:
- Manage a TPM team of skilled traders and follow the MCoE TPM engagement standard work.
- Supervise a team that identifies, categorizes, and reviews equipment; schedule and maintain cleaning schedules.
- Implement TPM/CORE standards and baseline the current state of equipment.
- Lead implementation of the TPM Process and ensure standard work deliverables with a future‑state analysis.
- Guide the team in best‑practice sharing and standardization of 6S and TPM projects.
- Create and communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on new CORE processes and ensure training for personnel.
- Document benefits realized and lessons learned (uptime, OEE, on‑time delivery, yield improvements, ECT).
- Complete and maintain the TPM Engagement Charter.
- Support other reliability engineering projects with functional specification development and resource coordination to meet schedule and cost needs.
- Ensure appropriate CORE tools are utilized (RCCA, Autonomous Maintenance, and PM optimization).
- Produce and drive technical writing processes to support data collection and justify team achievements with forecasting and planning.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, machine maintenance or related environment.
- OR a Master’s degree and 7 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, machine maintenance or related environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Proficiency with Lean tools and processes.
- Prior experience in a team lead/supervisory/managerial capacity.
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience in a deadline‑driven environment with competing priorities.
- Record of overcoming obstacles with limited resources in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
USD $132,400 – $251,600.
