Oil & Gas Welders - Midland, TX

This company is seeking Welders for their Midland, Texas location. Welders will be responsible for production welding a variety of assemblies, operating and maintaining production equipment, and ensuring all products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of welding experience and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years welding experience
• Ability to safely and effectively operate welding and fabrication equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with personnel
• Ability to read and interpret documents, such as welding blueprints
• Proficient with mathematical calculations and use of measuring devices
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods
• Comfortable with occasional exposure to fumes, glare, and arc radiation
