Position Overview
LAUNCH Defense is seeking a detail-oriented, hands‑on Lead Composite Technician to support the production of advanced composite components for aerospace applications.
Key Responsibilities- Support the production of advanced composite components for aerospace applications.
- Support new facility startup activities, such as equipment installation, setup, and early process trials.
The ideal candidate has experience with Toray prepreg materials, bonding preparation, autoclave operations, and composite curing processes.
