Wireline Operators - 14/7 - Housing Provided

This company is seeking Wireline Operators for pressure control operations in Midland, Texas. Working a 14/7 schedule, candidates will perform wireline pressure control services at well sites and in the shop. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to work extended periods at well sites. Housing is provided for this role.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Class A or B CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Federal background check
• Ability to pass an incoming drug screen
• Basic reading, writing, and computer skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work and communicate well with customers and employees
• Must be reachable by phone 24/7 when on call and able to report to work within 30 minutes
• Ability to work at well sites for extended periods
• Promotes safety awareness and compliance with HSE regulations
